Jack Stranges, the ambitious Branch Manager of Weed Man Lawn Care in Lake Bluff, brings a wealth of experience and a relentless drive to succeed in the green industry. 

Hailing from Elmwood Park, IL, Jack’s journey in lawn care has been both unintentional and deliberate, as he has worked in various facets of the industry throughout his life. Through trial, error, and education—including time at Illinois State University and UWM—he has found his place at Weed Man, where he is determined to grow into an industry leader. 

Jack’s professional aspirations are clear: he aims to rise to the peak of his field and become an integral, irreplaceable part of the business. His goals extend beyond personal success—he is committed to pioneering earning the prestigious Award of Excellence. 

Rooted in a close-knit hometown where everyone knows everyone, Jack values strong connections but always sought a path beyond familiar boundaries. He views Weed Man as the perfect place to learn, develop, and ultimately thrive in his career. 

Outside of work, Jack enjoys camping, hiking, and visiting with friends and family. He thrives in competition, whether it’s sports, card games, or even Monopoly.
